Shipping and Returns

Our base of operations is on Long Island. We pride ourselves in timely and consistent order fulfillment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND ARRIVE?

Our main focus is custom embroidery. This makes our lead times unique to each individual depending on logo design, garment choice and quantity. Typically we ask for Two Weeks of lead time for our orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our primary goal is your 100% satisfaction. We focus on custom products and will drive the process with a sample product to start your order.

Sample Products can be returned within 30 Days. This will also trigger a re-design of your order.

Production items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there are any damaged products upon receipt for the production delivery. Please contact us at support@bigtimeembroidery.com and we will ensure the order is corrected.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER

Throughout your order process we will be in constant contact to ensure a timely delivery and fulfillment.

Any changes that are needed will take place during the sample delivery and logo design process.
